Biography
Corcovado Salsa Club is one of Austria’s most recognized and successful Salsa bands, turning every live show into a high-energy Latin fiesta. Founded in 2013 and based in Vienna, the nine-piece international ensemble blends Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Bachata and Latin Pop into a vibrant and danceable live sound.
The band unites professional musicians from Cuba, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil and Austria and writes its own original songs alongside fresh arrangements of popular Latin hits. CSC has performed numerous sold-out shows in Austria and abroad, including Donauinselfest Vienna 2025, Innsbruck Salsa Festival 2023, Laser Show Hall Brno (CZ) and Atelier Babylon Bratislava (SK). Their single “Maria Theresa” appeared on a Rolling Stone playlist, and the band was featured on Austria’s biggest public broadcasting (ORF 2).
